Essentially if you have a great system that has a 65% success rate which is pretty good really however you sleep even 6 hours per day. You effectively lower your trade expectancy and what in theory provides a 65% success rate may in fact become well below 50% because during your periods of down time you may be missing the best trades that allow your system to be as successful as it is, thereby exacerbating the poor trades.
